I was a little worried at first to order flowers online because I always think everything is a scam or the orders will be much smaller than advertised lol.. but the 50 sunflowers were just as beautiful as I had hoped. They were fairly priced and the delivery was on time. I called a few days before the delivery to confirm my order and the lady who answered had excellent customer service. I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely order from them again.

There is a reason that Allen's Flowers continue to rack up years of being the Number 1 Florist in San Diego...fantastic customer service, great value, superior flowers and creative floral designs. I know as my family owned a boutique florist business for over 30 years in Durango Colorado and our standards were very high and Allen meets or exceeds them. Best wishes to the Allen team and we'll be back.

Save your money. I dropped over $150 on a floral arrangement for my wife, expecting a high-quality bouquet that would last at least 5 days (that's Allen's promise)! The flowers were delivered around noon on a Friday. By Monday, they were already noticeably wilted, and by Tuesday, one of the peonies was literally disintegrating. I know cut flowers don't last forever, but less than 3 days for a premium arrangement is a complete joke. What makes this whole experience even worse is their non-existent customer service. Since I couldn't exactly return a vase of rotting flowers, I called the shop three times. I was brushed off and told to email support. I followed up and emailed three separate times to two different addresses, clearly asking for a refund and providing photographic proof of the dead flowers (see photo attached to this review). They completely ghosted me. Not a single reply or attempt to make things right. If you are going to charge top dollar, you should deliver a quality product and actually stand behind it when things go wrong. Take your business somewhere else; plenty of better florists in San Diego.

I recently ordered flowers for my cousin from Allen Flower and Plants and I have to say, I was beyond impressed. At first, I thought the price felt a little hefty, but once I received photos of the arrangement, I was absolutely blown out of the water and so was my cousin. The flowers were stunning, even more beautiful and full than I imagined. They were also fantastic with delivery. They texted me right away and sent a photo showing exactly where the arrangement was placed, which gave me so much peace of mind. The whole experience felt thoughtful, professional, and worth every penny. I would absolutely order from them again!

Great service and beautiful flowers. As a guy ordering my partner flowers the day before valentine's day from cross country, they really saved me and did a fantastic job! So many other places were complicated, a 3rd party Indian call center, couldn't do it, felt scammy or like dealing with a comcast phone call. They were very friendly on the phone, got my order in and delivery next day early morning on valentine's day. Very easy and fast. The flowers were very elegant, nicely displayed and she loved them! Highly recommend them.
